PLEASE read this all the way through BEFORE contacting
me with a question as your answer is probably here!!
Studio G
  1. Which Studio G sets do you have in stock? - If it is in stock or available for pre-order you
    can order it on the Studio G pages - If it is not there then I don't have it.
  2. Can you get me a past set?  I do not have any past sets and cannot get any - once they are
    sold out they are sold out - the manufacturer does not have any more.
  3. Where will Series __ be?  I keep a running update on where the upcoming series will be
    released at the top of the Studio G page - Check there.  If it is not there then I don't
    have the info yet.

Shipping
  1. Shipping in the USA - free - sent first class if under 14 ounces.  Sent parcel post if over
    13 ounces.  This does not apply to Studio G items or Scrapwrap albums.
  2. Shipping International - A separate invoice will be sent with accurate shipping charge once
    your order is received.
  3. Be sure your address is correct BEFORE ordering.  I will only ship to the address listed
    in paypal - otherwise it voids all paypal protections for both of us.

Product Availibility/Pre-Orders
  1. Out of Stock items - If an item on your order is out of stock then in stock items will be
    sent and the missing item(s) will follow once it is back in stock.
  2. Pre-orders - payment is made at the time of the order and cancellations have a 25% fee.
  3. You can keep track of product availability/shipping schedules for pre-orders on my blog.
  4. Special Orders - I can fill special orders/requests for Ranger, Tsukineko and
    Inkadinkado if there is something you need but do not see on my site.
